Training Plans
The training plans below are generic so may not be appropriate for an individual (plans need to be adapted to suit individual needs, fitness levels, and stage of development). The plans offer 1-5 sessions a week. If you can do 1 a week use the top row, 2 a week use the top 2 rows etc. If you’re unsure ask me, your coach or your boat organiser for advice.
VERY IMPORTANT – make sure you warm up before each session. The higher the intensity the more warm up time you need. 5-10 mins for lower intensity sessions, and 10-20 minutes for high intensity sessions.
